The initial typeface consisted of a regular, inline, and thin version, and after some consideration, it was brought up that the thin version isn't as snazzy as it maybe should be. So I took the chance to experiment a bit with how to keep it simple and amp it up a bit. I think it'd be great to be able to combine the three fonts so that there could be a bit of layering going on, but also stand on its own. The one with the angled backs started to bubble when there were multiple at a time, and others seemed to start going off of the map completely

The other thing I started working on is the type specimen book to be able to showcase it quickly. Although it's simple, it gives me enough space to work with when the typeface is complete
I like where you are going with the typeface. There could be a ton of possible variants in the system. Don't build ALL of those variants out, but show the thinking for sure. Also, make the specimen book a cool-ass promo for the typeface.
